DEFINE GOALS & ENSURE BUY-IN
Define the goals and objectives for the transformation strategy and determine the desired outcomes of the change & Ensure Complete Buy-in from all stakeholders.

DATA COLLECTION & ANALYSIS

IMPLEMENT & SUPPORT

Analyze the current processes and identify areas of improvement. This includes reviewing the workflow, identifying bottlenecks, and assessing the overall efficiency of the process.
Track the performance of the optimized process to ensure that the desired goals and KPIs are being met. They will provide regular reports and adjust as needed to optimize the process further.
